We were thrilled to see one of our Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program graduates, now one of our Urban Zen instructors, Lori Guth Moffett, giving a presentation at TEDxColumbus.
Lori has been a registered yoga teacher and reiki master for ten years, and completed our inaugural UZIT program in 2009 . She currently teaches classes and workshops at Yoga on High. In 2013, Lori was able to help secure a grant from Alice and Robert Estrich Fund of the Columbus Foundation to launch a program at Wexner Heritage Village and Zussman Hospice to support patients, staff and family members reducing stress using Urban Zen Integrative Therapy.
